Exterior and Interior Use
SMART ECO-SEALER is a low odour, APEO Free and Zero VOC water-based wall sealer which is
specially formulated for exterior and interior use. It is easy to apply and able to provide better build
and adhesion to the substrate. This sealer can be applied on the exterior bare concrete, plastered
walls and asbestos to protect the subsequent coats against the effects of alkalinity and moisture
from the substrate. Besides, it also provides the finishing coats with excellent efflorescence
resistance.
Surface Preparation
The surface to be painted shall be allowed to dry until below 16% moisture content as measured
with Protimeter. Ensure the surface is clean and free from all defective or poorly adhering material
like old paint film, dirt, grease or wax. Surfaces that previously affected with algae growth should be
treated with fungicidal wash. Surface that remains powdery and chalky after thorough preparation
should be sealed with one coat of Smart High Performance Sealer 900.
Application Data
Touch Dry: 15-20 Minutes. (Dependent on Temperature and Humidity)
Recoat: 1-2 Hours
Coverage: 10-13m²/ litre per coat
No. of Coats: 1 coat
Direction For Use
Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or spraying.
Thinning: For best results, do not thin. If necessary, thin up to maximum of 5% of water.
Cleaning up: Cleaning all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
