Domestic

We offer RM 15 shipping fee for all domestic shipping within Malaysia. It is estimated that your product (s) will be delivered within 1-4 working days.

International

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver within Malaysia for the time being. Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know your interest in our products.

Duties and Taxes

Deliveries outside of Malaysia may be subject to the destination country’s duties and taxes. Power Con is not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the customs authorities.

Returns and Refund Policy

We are sorry to announce that Power Con products are not refundable / exchanged. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
