SMART COOL WEATHER is specially designed for tropical weather. This product helps to reflect the
heat and at the same time ofter a better thermal comfort environmental conditions and energy
saving. SMART COOL WEATHER is formulated with 100% acrylic, which provides a tough finish and
high level of durability against harsh weather. Besides, it is a high performance exterior wall finish
specially formulated to provide at least 6 years of protection against unsightly fungi and algae
growth. It can also withstand the scorching sun and torrential rain. SMART COOL WEATHER
breakthrough fomula provides a tougher resistance against dirt, fungus, flaking and alkali attack.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface to be painted is clean. Remove all loose paint or powdery residue by brushing or
scraping with a stiff brush under running water or with a high pressure water jet. Treat areas
affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss with fungicidal wash and allow them to dry before painting.
Repair minor defects with a suitable exterior graded filler. For best results, apply 1 coat of SMART
High Performance Wall Sealer 900 or SMART Green Sealer 850 or SMART Wall Sealer 800 followed
by 2 coats of SMART COOL WEATHER.
Note: Do not apply SMART COOL WEATHER in damp weather.

Touch Dry: Dependent on temperature and humidity
Recoat: 1-2 hours
Coverage: 11-13m²/ litre
No. of Coats: 2 coats
Direction For Use
Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or spraying.
Thinning: Use directly or dilute with a maximum of 10% water.
Cleaning up: Cleaning all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
