SMART ODOUR LESS ECO-WASH is a premium eco and health friendly interior paint specially
formulated for easy cleaning. This low odour, near zero VOC formula provides a tough and extremely
smooth surface for easy cleaning. Stains can be easily wiped off, so the egg-shell finish walls are
always clean and easy to maintain. SMART ECO-WASH is formulated to resist spattering to help keep
tools and jobsite clean, application will always flow smooth for perfect finishing.
Note : Volatile organic compounds (VOC) are air bone chemicals harmful to health and the
environment.
Surface Preparation
Remove all loose, defective paint or powdery residues. Repair cracks, uneven surfaces with suitable
fillers. Smoothen the putty/ filler areas with sandpaper. Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned
thoroughly and dry, they must be free from dirt, grease and other foreign matters. Allow all surface
to dry completely prior to painting. Avoid painting when the moisture content and alkalinity of the
walls is still high. Smart Green Sealer 850 is highly recommended as base.
Application Data
Touch Dry: Minimum 30 minutes. (Dependent on Temperature and Humidity)
Hard Dry: 1 Hour (Dependent on Temperature and Humidity)
Recoating Interval: 2 Hours minimum based on normal condition.
Coverage: 9-11m²/ litre per coat
No. of Coats: 2 coats
Direction For Use
Application: Stir well before use. Application can be carried out by using brush, roller or spraying.
Thinning: For best results, do not thin. If necessary, thin up to maximum of 5% of water.
Cleaning up: Cleaning all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
